In this presentation, general information about ÜZÜMCÜ INC. is given. A schematic representation of the organization is expressed. The goals of the firm are stated. Problem symptoms summarized by fishbone diagram and pareto chart are introduced along with problem definition. In the light of the problem symptoms and definition, the aims of this system design project and the tools to be used towards this aims are defined. The target production planning system is pictured including the missing parts that will be completed in this project. The departments (stakeholders) that have interaction with the project content are identified. Performance measures that will be used to observe the deliverables of this project are expressed. In order to see the steps that will be followed in this project during 2 semesters are calendared in Gantt Chart.
