Güz Dönemi

The Presentation is basically aiming to introduce the company and the project, summarize the work done so far and get a feedback about the progress. In this sense, the presentation will start with a brief explanation of Prysmian Global Company and Türk Prysmian Cables and Systems. Then, the main products and the processes will be covered. After proposing a potential system boundary by stating the environment and stakeholders, the symptoms that may lead to a potential problem definition for the project will be examined. In this part, the order processing, which is closely related with the symptoms will be described. As the project is still at the stage of inspection of the system and the definition of the problem, the studies that may worth investigating will be stated. After the explanation of possible measures of system performance and potential deliverables of the project, a project roadmap stating the progress plan will be given. Finally the presentation will end after the project roadmap and the questions will be taken.

Prysmian, enerji ve haberleşme kabloları sektöründe dünya lideri ve yeniliklerde öncü bir firmadır. Prysmian, çok yüksek gerilimlerden çok düşük gerilimlere kadar, kara, deniz ve hava hat uygulamaları için enerji kabloları üreten ve geniş aksesuar ürün yelpazesi ile birlikte "anahtar teslimi" yeraltı ve deniz altı kablo projeleri yapan lider bir firmadır. Proje, firmanın bakır tel tedarik sürecini sistematik bir şekilde uygulayabilmesini sağlayacak bir sistem geliştirmesini içermektedir. Sunumumuz firma tanıtımı ile başlayacak olup tespit edilen eksiklikler doğrultusunda nasıl bir sistem geliştirilmeye çalışıldığını anlatarak devam edecektir. Bu sistemi kurmaya çalışırken yapılan yaklaşımlar ve kurulmuş olan model açıklanacaktır. Yapılan açıklamalar doğrultusunda elde edilen sonuçlardan bahsedilecektir.
