Güz Dönemi

Our mid-semester presentation of system design project covers the description of issue context; elements, components and boundaries of system of interest; basic symptoms of the problem and possible performance measures in jacket seaming lines in Hugo Boss İzmir. Basic symptoms indicating a problem is WIP accumulation in two of four jacket seaming lines where special models that require relatively more labor. Scope of the description of issue context covers basic characteristics of jacket seaming processes which is illustrated by a broad description of path of goods through seaming line and description of common lines, which act as a feeder by production of small components of jacket through seaming lines, where the symptoms are intensively observed. After the complete illustration of problem situation basic symptoms are broadly stated. Then possible performance measures are suggested. Presentation is concluded by tentative progress plan, potential deliverables and requirements.

Bahar Dönemi

İlk dönem sonunda, ceket dikim hatlarında saptanan semptomlar ışığında belirlediğimiz problemin formülasyonunu uygun bir terminoloji ile detaylandırdık. Gerçekleştirdiğimiz literatür taraması sonrası, elimizdeki verileri kullanacağımız şekilde temel bir Karışık Tamsayı Modeli kurduk. Bundan sonraki aşamalar bu modelin, gerçek durumu yansıtacak şekilde geliştirilmesi olacaktır. Sunumuz sonunda sizden gelecek öneri ve eleştirileri bekliyor olacağız.
