Intema Mutfak does not have its own production facility and whole production is made by the subcontractor firm. Sub-contractor firm has long production time, low due-date performance and high customer complaints. These problems cause decrease in demand and customer satisfaction. In the lights of these information, solution approaches are found as making in house production or outsourcing. Cost analyzes are made and the results shows that outsourcing is more advantageous than in house production. Since the present sub-contractor firm is better in meeting the criteria than other firms, we worked on improving is production system. Because of working on a dynamic system and need for different scenario analysis, a simulation model is created. Trying different scenarios on the model gives different solutions and by comparing those, best solutions are found.
