By classifying customers according to the titles of sales channels, sales point types and potential levels, Eti aims to capture the best quality of service and sales amount for each sales point. However, in the current classification system, deviations from specified sales targets are observed due to not taking into consideration of the factors having significant effects on sales performance such as socio-economic differences, geographical differences and specificity of sales points. In this project, it is aimed to design a system that will meet demands of all customers and maximizing the revenue of the company.
