Aquamatch was founded in 1989, and is active in the water treatment industry in Turkey and abroad. The company designs, produces, and installs water treatment systems to produce water with desired capacity and quality. Problem symptoms has been identified to be delays in deliveries and insufficient project follow up forms. This situation causes problems in weekly and daily production planning. The aim of the project is to develop a project planning and tracking system, so that project planning and tracking can be done more effectively and easily. In our solution approach, the planning is divided into short and long term planning. The long term plan will contain the remaining workload of the active projects and by considering the work stations and worker capacity constraints in an aggregate manner, will give a schedule of the tasks to be performed. The short term plan will include the assigned tasks to the first 15 periods of the long term plan and will give a more detailed schedule for the tasks, by determining the number of workers to be assigned for each of the tasks and revising the days in which tasks are performed.
