ATAK is established in 1988 as project office. ATAK has been operating in design, manufacturing and montage of structural steel since 2001. As of 2018, operations are moved to new facility located in Başkent-OSB. Productivity increase in production is aimed with observations and analyses made by us. Solution approach is based on layout and production planning. Heuristic method for layout planning and mathematical model for production planning were used in order to better observe system and to optimize results. Then, heuristic approach is presented for production planning model. Simulation model has been established to perform scenario analysis. With analyzes made, layout plan and production planning method that will increase productivity were established.
